2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
 Void where prohibited.

 

 

3. Giveaway Period

Entries will be accepted from August 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM CT through August 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM CT.

 

 

4. How to Enter

You may enter the giveaway by either of the following two methods:

a) Purchase Entry:

For every $1 (USD) spent on any products at https://wholenotescoffee.co during the Giveaway Period, you will receive five (5) entries into the giveaway.
 Taxes and shipping do not count toward entry total.

b) Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE):

To enter without making a purchase, send a handwritten postcard with your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and the phrase:
 “Whole Notes Fellow Aiden Giveaway – 5 Entry Request” to:

Each valid postcard will receive five (5) entries.
 Limit five (5) postcards per person per day.
 Postcards must be received by the end of the Giveaway Period.

 

 

5. Prize

  • One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a brand-new Fellow Aiden Precision Coffee Maker (approximate retail value: $399 USD).

  • Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

  • Shipping is included to any address in the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

 

 

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries (purchase + free method) using a random number generator or third-party selection tool.


 Drawing will occur on or about September 1, 2025 

 Winner will be notified via email and must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize.
 Failure to respond will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Whole Notes Coffee Company, Instagram, and any associated platforms or affiliates from any and all liability, damages, or claims arising out of participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, YouTube, or Fellow. 

 

 

9. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will only be used to administer the giveaway and notify the winner. Your data will not be sold or shared.

 

 

10. Sponsor’s Rights

Whole Notes Coffee Company reserves the right to disqualify any fraudulent entries, and to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if needed due to fraud, technical failures, or unforeseen circumstances.
