Process: Anaerobic cherry fermentation, then de-pulped and dried on raised beds

Notes: Dried Orange + Guava + Caramel

Just like a record, our coffees of the month goes round and round. Once they're gone, they may never return. 

For November 2025, our Tanzanian Turntable is a blast of fruit flavor. Anaerobic processing removes the oxygen from the fermentation process. This slows and controls fermentation to produce intense, fruity flavors in your final cup. This is not your everyday bean.
