A Ghost Note is a quiet, subtle note played between and separate from the main, accented notes. This refers to all music, but as a drummer, I think of these as all of the decoration given to the meat and potatoes of a drum beat. I named this coffee Ghost Note because it too is subtle, and has a light body compared to most others. I think of it more like tea than coffee sometimes. It often tastes like blueberries to me, and is certainly one of the more "decorative" coffees I sell. If you aren't used to light roasts, this is certainly one to wet your feet with.
