Matt's Mix

Matt's Mix is the house coffee of The Echo Mill — the Chicago recording studio that's become home to our Whole Notes Presents sessions.

Built around cocoa, sugar, and fruit, it's a full-bodied, sweet coffee with plenty of chocolate character and just enough fruit to keep the cup from feeling heavy. It's especially at home as espresso, but it's balanced enough for drip, AeroPress, Moka Pot, French press, and just about anything else sitting in the studio kitchen.

We created it for a place where a lot of music — and a lot of Whole Notes coffee — gets made.
