One Trick Pony

One Trick Pony has a little grit, a little sweetness, and a lot more range than the name suggests.

Created for our Whole Notes Presents: Sleeps While Walking session, this espresso blend brings together cocoa, sugar, and fruit with a smooth, syrupy body.

As espresso it's bold, sweet, and full. In milk drinks, the chocolate character gives lattes and cappuccinos a rich backbone without losing all of the coffee underneath.

And despite the name, it's no one-trick coffee. Pour-over, Moka Pot, French press, AeroPress — it handles them all.
